Draw the steps
Pick steps from the side panel and connect them on the canvas, from asking a question to creating an order in your own system. No coding.

Test it like a customer
Chat with the flow in the Test tab before it goes live. Steps that would change data show what they would send, without sending it.

Switch it on
The AI starts the flow when a customer asks for it, or on keywords you choose. Every run is logged step by step, so you can see what happened in each chat.
What a flow can do
The AI talks with your customer. The flow does the work, the same way every time.
Asks until it has everything
The flow asks for what is still missing, like the product, quantity or address, and understands answers in everyday language. It never asks again for what the customer already said.
Works with your systems
It checks stock, prices and orders and creates records through the systems you connect in Integrations, or any HTTP API. Each answer is ready for the next step.
Asks before it changes anything
Steps that change data, like creating an order or a booking, run only after the customer confirms the summary, and never twice.
Pictures, not links
Product cards with photo and price, order summaries, promos and QRIS codes go out as pictures in the chat. You design each one in the flow.
Invoices and documents
It makes invoices and receipts from your own data, ready to print or save as PDF, or sends them to the customer as a picture.
A button on your Custom Pages
Run a flow from a button on a Custom Page, for example "Make invoice" on a product's row, with that row's data.
