Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vantenza (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit livechat.vantenza.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.
Vantenza provides LiveChat AI, a live chat product that runs on our customers' own infrastructure. This policy covers the marketing website only. It does not govern how an individual business that uses LiveChat AI handles the data of its own end users. Each business is the controller of the chats that happen on its own site, and its own privacy policy applies there.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- The message you write, including any business details you include in it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, some technical information is collected automatically to keep the Site secure and to understand how it is used:
- IP address and approximate location, used for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting on the contact form.
- Browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected through analytics.
- Standard server and security logs generated when the Site is accessed.
How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation or information you requested.
- Send you an acknowledgment of your contact submission.
- Protect the Site against spam, abuse, and automated attacks.
- Measure and improve how the Site performs and which content is useful.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services. Each processes only the data needed for its function:
- Google reCAPTCHA, used to tell humans from bots on the contact form. Your interaction with the Site is analysed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics, used to understand aggregate Site usage. It sets cookies and processes usage data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Email delivery, used to route your contact message to our customer support inbox and to send you an acknowledgment.
- An internal Telegram notification, used only to alert our team that a new enquiry has arrived. It contains the details you submitted in the form.
- An embedded LiveChat AI chat widget. If you start a chat with us on the Site, the messages you send are processed to answer your questions.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: analytics, to understand aggregate usage, and security, including reCAPTCHA. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.
Data retention
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our communications, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Security and rate-limiting data is short-lived and is discarded automatically. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings.
How we protect your information
The contact form is protected by multiple layers, including origin checks, input validation, rate limiting, spam traps, and bot verification. Credentials used to send email are held server-side only and are never exposed to your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
Where your data is handled
The Site and its contact processing run on servers we control. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers listed above, and only to the extent needed to operate the Site and respond to you.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
